ORSY® stands for "ORdnung mit SYstem" (Order with system) and was developed to optimise the flow of materials in companies and to increase efficiency in warehousing. With the ORSY®mat, the ORSY® family was supplemented in 2013 with a system that additionally simplifies material management by providing materials just-in-time and on demand due to automatic refilling. It also provides a transparent view of existing materials and tools.

In order to meet the different requirements, our vending machine models are available in a multitude of variants and offer a maximum of flexibility. Together with you, we develop your individual vending machine tailored to your work situation and your product range. Our vending machines can be filled with a wide variety of products and materials, such as occupational safety articles, occupational safety articles or tools. The installation only requires a power connection. The communication with our merchandise management system runs via the mobile network.
If there is a need to use several vending machines, the different variants of ORSY®mat FP, ORSY®mat HX, ORSY®mat RT and ORSY®mat DR can be connected. One single vending machine then controls the entire vending machine group. Therefore, only one central registration is required to remove items from the different systems.

On average, 49.000 automatic order positions are placed per month through ORSY®mat. More than 8.511 different articles, such as protective gloves, protective eyewear and batteries are ordered within a year.
