The OPT-I-STORE ® inserts are manufactured using high-quality, robust materials and come in a huge variety of colours and thicknesses.

Each insert is cut out from a single piece and can be moulded into any suitable shape so that you can store your tools in a practical and secure manner.

Paper scan template

The required products are placed on the paper template and photographed using a smartphone or digital camera. The resulting image can be further processed in OPT-I-STORE® WEB or OPT-I-STORE® PRO and then ordered online.

  • External dimensions (WxH) 594 x 490 mm

The post-processing of the images can be done using the drag-and-drop function. Sharp edges as well as critical areas are automatically removed

OPT-I-STORE® Scanner

The products are placed on the scanning area in the desired sequence and scanned. The scanned image is then uploaded to OPT-I-STORE ® WEB or OPT-I-STORE ® PRO and can be processed there. The system automatically plans the grip holes to make it easier to remove the products. After completing the configuration, the insert can be ordered online.

Organisation

From neatly sorted office supplies and cases for pens to custom-designed drawer and cabinet inserts – OPT-I-STORE® offers versatile solutions for the perfect organisation of your workspace.

Materials

HARD FOAM LD 45

Closed cell polyethylene foam with a density of 45kg/m². The thermoplastic is foamed in a chemically neutral process and is therefore also used in the medical field. Despite its light weight, the product stands out because of its impressive durability.

Also available in ESD variant or in carbon appearance.

Cork

A truly wonder material for environmental protection: The cork press panels are of European making and are manufactured exclusively from the renewable bark of the cork oak tree in a CO2-neutral process – no tree needs to be felled for it. The material stands out due to its lightness, high resistance against chemical reactions and a high-quality appearance. Therefore, it is also used in exhibition spaces and meeting rooms aside from workshops.

  • Thickness: 20, 30, 60, 90 mm, more options upon request
  • Size: up to 1,000 x 2,000 mm
  • Colours: blue, grey, green, red, white, yellow, orange (2 mm black top layer)
  • Advantages: light-weight, durable, oil-resistant, waterproof, shock-absorbent
  • Use: for protecting and storing sensitive products, where order and overview are important.

  • Thickness: 30 mm
  • Size: 900 x 600 mm
  • Advantages: environmentally friendly and renewable material, rigid, very high-quality, light-weight, durable, impermeable for liquids
  • Use: ideal for showrooms, presentation purposes or for use in workshops
PLASTIC PE 1000

PE plastic inserts – the right choice for particularly high hygienic requirements. Therefore, they are often used in the food and pharmaceutical industry as well as in areas with very high oil pollution. Plastic is much heavier than hard foam, but it is easier to clean and has an even higher durability.

Also available in ESD variant.

Wood

Aside from inserts for tools and other materials, it is also possible to plan customised worktops with the necessary equipment with the help of OPT-I-STORE® Designer. The production of the wooden tops can be done from Fundermax or beech wood (solid and multiplex).

  • Size: up to 1,000 x 1,000 mm
  • Colours: white, black (ESD), blue (with black top layer)
  • Advantages: robust, rigid, easy to clean
  • Use: Clean rooms and wherever sturdiness is especially required

  • Thickness: 6 mm (Fundermax), 40 mm (Beech - solid & multiplex)
  • Size: up to 4,200 x 1,250 mm
  • Advantages: very simple design of customised worktops
  • Use: ideal for showrooms, presentation purposes or even for use in workshops
