Scan-to-shop function – order via online shop:

With the ORSY®Controller, scanned items are transferred directly to the shopping basket of the Würth Online Shop – simply and digitally.

How it works:

  • Scan your item using the ORSY®Controller.
  • Adjust quantities if required.
  • The item is automatically added to the shopping basket in the Würth Online Shop.
  • The order is then placed via the familiar processes in the Würth Online Shop.
  • Make use of additional features such as cost centre management, budgeting and multi‑level approval processes to manage and control your orders efficiently.

Automatic replenishment via direct scan

Material requirements are recorded quickly and efficiently. The ORSY® Controller handles the entire replenishment process – with no additional effort required. Cost centre allocation can also be applied.

How it works:

  • Scan your item using the ORSY® Controller.
  • Your order data is automatically recorded in the system.
  • Replenishment is then triggered at a time defined by you.
  • This reduces small, individual deliveries and ensures lean, automated procurement processes.
