Timely reporting of vulnerabilities helps in minimising risks for users, systems and processes. Through the responsible disclosure of potential vulnerabilities, security measures can be enhanced and products in question can be continuously improved.
Würth Industrie Service takes reports of security risks seriously and carefully reviews every report.
Which incidents can be reported?

What happens after you submit the report?
Würth Industrie Service ensures that the information is shared with a limited group of designated employees, who have experience in dealing with such matters. Neither unauthorised employees, nor external users have access to the information submitted by you.
Once your report has been received, the information provided undergoes an initial assessment.
Depending on the nature of the issue, additional follow-up questions may be necessary to complete the assessment. Subsequently, the report is analysed and assessed with regard to any potential risks. Where necessary, appropriate measures are initiated to mitigate and remedy the identified risks.
We treat vulnerability reports confidentially and use them exclusively for the purpose of assessing and addressing the reported issue.

The Würth Industrie Service GmbH & Co. KG collects and processes the personal data provided in the form in order to process the requested request for you. Please note the mandatory fields in the forms. The legal basis for this processing, the absolutely necessary data, is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, implementation of a pre-contractual measure. The processing of data voluntarily provided by you is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Thereafter, processing is permissible which is necessary to safeguard our legitimate interests. Our legitimate interest is to have contact with you, our customers, to improve our consulting quality and to be able to contact you more easily in case of possible queries. The data collected will only be stored by us for as long as is necessary to process your enquiry and to contact you. They are then deleted.
