Embroidery
For embroidery, the logo is converted into a special file for embroidery machines. This programming involves a one-time setup fee. Once programmed, the logo can be embroidered onto all durable textiles. The placement should be chosen on easily accessible areas of the garment; chest pockets or closure flaps are not suitable.
Embroidery offers a very high-quality and durable finish. Wash resistance: up to 60°C, depending on the textile.
You can send your artwork as a JPG file, PDF, or vector file. The one-time programming fee applies.
Suitable for:
Shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts and zip-up sweatshirts, fleece pullovers, and softshell jackets.
Not suitable for:
Thin, stretchable textiles or T-shirts.
Heat Transfer Printing
With heat transfer printing, the logo is printed onto a carrier foil and contour-cut. It is then applied to the textile using a heat press under high pressure and temperature. This finishing method allows for logos with many colors, gradients, and shading to be applied to textiles.
Minimum order quantity: 25 pieces. Wash resistance up to 40°C, depending on the textile. Please send your artwork as a vector file.

Before production starts, you’ll receive a digital sample for approval.

5. Logo Placement
