The application process
Would you like to apply? We would like to give you an insight into our application process so that you know what awaits you from the very beginning.
You will find vacancies in our job board. If there is currently no suitable job for you, you can send us an speculative application.
Please apply directly via our online application system with your CV and relevant certificates (please summarise as one or max. two PDFs, max. size: 10 MB). You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email. Please check your SPAM folder, if necessary.
After receiving your application documents, we will check them and give you a feedback within 2-3 weeks.
At the beginning of the application process, we would like to get to know you in a telephone conversation lasting an average of 15-20 minutes. You also have the opportunity to ask us initial questions. We'll call you.
As an alternative to a telephone interview (depending on the job focus or requirements), you will receive an invitation to a video interview from us by email. In this context, you have the opportunity to record your answers to our questions, regardless of time and place.
Usually there are four to five questions with a preparation and answer time of 2 minutes each. You will receive all further information about the process and scope of the video interview in advance by email.
In the a next step, we would like to meet you in-person with a representative of the specialist department.
Our trial day offers you the opportunity to get a detailed insight into the tasks, know your potential team and us as your potential new employer.
In the second conversation, we reflect on your trial day and answer your open questions. We also talk about a possible job opportunity. You will receive a final decision from us in this conversation.
